the pair includes: take off mounts, stainless 90º elbows (or noodles), custom two sided ferrulles (that go on the end of the noodles) and two 5mm replacement bolts and washers (for easier tightening).

Hey, thanks for the info. This post is a bit of a blast from the past - I'd completely forgotten about it (understandably, given the underwhelming number of responses it got).
I actually went ahead and purchased a set of Take-Offs (the base kit, not the full) and I'm going to use them on my bike this spring - I'm just waiting for the weather to warm up so I can paint the frame, and then I'll be ready to go. I'm looking forward to seeing how they work - they seem to be well-made, and I don't anticipate any problems at all from them.
