It shouldnt be for all the tubes because it specifically states just 1 tube. Sometimes the sticker will declare tubing for the main triangle thus insinuating that the rear triangle is generic cromo. Marketing at its best.
Also, Ishiwata made all sorts of tubing- triple butted, double butted, plain gauge, and different butting profiles too for each.
