Update: I ended up making a How-To Reassemble video based on my experience here! Maybe it will help someone.
Hi, I can't figure out why the shifter is stuck this way, any ideas on how to fix? It's stuck to the outside, not the inside of the handlebars. I couldn't find anything obvious to adjust, I hope it's not broken!
