..but I'm not on the gulf coast.

In the decades past, bike shorts, Wool, had leather liner pads, sheepskin,
not from so many alpine goats,
washing and drying, shorts, that dry leather needed re moisturizing..
to be soft, again.
Now the liner-patch, is a synthetic.. sewn in bike shorts..
it is not really needing that treatment..


I mostly just use skin hygiene *, clean bike shorts, daily, on long tours,

and an occasional dab of neosporin on spot inflammations.

*surgeon's scrub concentrated anti bacterial soap,
it's natural surface bacteria getting into the skin pores and dying,
.. that's the pus source, so minimize the bacteria count..



But, this thread is obviously about buying something,
just arguing amongst yourselves, over which commodity to buy.
