Try as I may, I cannot find a saddle more comfortable than the Serfas Dual Density. It looks goofy on my bike, but for me, it's the most comfortable saddle I've found. I'd prefer it if it were vinyl or leather covered because the Lycra (or whatever it is) creates a bit of friction. But it's still better than at least ten different saddles I've tried. It's also cheaper than the Brooks. I'd start there.
