I do think the Fuji is high for the type, not bad for the condition. It would certainly be able to handle what you need it to do. It does look like it has replaced wheels, for me knocks it down a notch. Probably has ratchet shifters most likely was 15 spd when new.
$150 is closer to a wish for the type, offer $80 max.
I actually was hoping you were going to buy the black and red Trek you asked about.
The earlier model I posted about? If it's the one I'm thinking of it had a big crack in the chain stay behind the crank. Pretty disappointing, I would have loved that one.
