I have also found that some of the grossly low capacity ones that I bought were much lighter in weight, in other words the factory intentionally made them without a lot of the important stuff inside of them while they labeled them as having a lot of capacity.
Sometimes the 2S2P packs have two dummy batteries.

Kai packs were one of the better deals on high capacity batteries last time I looked.
