Yes I guess I am so used to the ACA maps I have never seen the 'details" of these maps. The Eurovelo 1 & 4 are the ones. So I am guessing they have the turns I will need.

They are signposted ... mostly. You get to know what to look for. Occasionally the signposting seems to disappear for a while, and that's when you might pull out a map.

And as I say, the tourist information centres have maps and things.
