There is no road rage here, and lumping all drivers together is prejudicial and ignorant in the extreme.

Do you want all cyclists to be judged by the ninja salmon running red lights at high-traffic intersections?

I know in this day of extremes, this seems like a radical notion ... but even if one party in an argument is irrational (as this driver seemed to be, at least briefly) ... it is okay for other parties to remain rational. No need to go off in an opposite extreme of irrationality.
