I was supposed to lead a group with 14 riders; ended up being a group of 5.
Everybody on Brompton folding bikes. None of the other riders ever did it
before. No sun; a bit chilly. But that means less riders/lines/bottlenecks. At
the end; everybody had a blast.
Really proud of my crew. I thought it was going to be a slow paced 40 mile
cruise. But they were going fast; attacking hills. Our tiny folders passed a lot
of roadies and hybrids. None of us walked; but we passed a lot carbon fiber
roadies walking uphill.
