There’s a new bike share program here in Providence, RI. Jump bikes...they have e-assist motors on them. But, I’ve encountered many of them on the multi-use bike paths that are designated “NON-MOTORIZED vehicles only.” Granted they don’t go super fast with the motor engaged. But I question whether they should be allowed on the paths or not.
