Just gotta say, that this one is not too long. For me, having done the long Eroica ride and then someting shorter like L'Intrepedia, there is merit to both. But my criteria for suggesting a ride is only that the website or the FB page show people on steel bikes with old jerseys. That said, word on the piazza is that the Italians are working towards a general format on their C and V rides and are trying to not schedule competing rides on the same date. I don't think you can go too wrong with sny of these rides.

Thanks, Mr S! Added. Interestingly, their site says: " The Franciscan is the 13th stage of the Tour of Italy Historical, the Italian circuit of vintage cycling events." I thought I was seeing some common features on the Italian websites.
