I vote for the Ross, this time....
My thoughts exactly, plus the alloy rims are less likely to rust. I have a higher end Peugeot, but this one has a lost of low-end stuff including the rims and derailleurs. Could I swap them over? I guess. But why not just keep the Ross. Everything on it seems sturdy and serviceable. And nobody is going out of their way to steal a Ross.

I greatly appreciate the opinions and ideas from everyone.
