Could be Simplex. Most of their bar ends did have branding cast into the body, bit they did make a retrofriction version without the brand name on it. They had branding too on the rubber covers on the levers that might have already perished and fell off on your shifter. You posted a bottom view of the shifter, but can you post a pic of the top of the shifter too to give us more clues?
