Opinions on Giant warranty.
I am thinking about buying a Giant Escape 1 but have read less than glowing reviews on the internet about their warranty service. Can anyone here give me some real world feed back as I am more than aware that most of the time people with good things to say do not go on the internet. I realize that 90% of the interface would be with the dealer but how good they are backed up is a huge factor. I hang in the Hybrid forum so I am going to post this there also.
