My tuesday got really busy so i did the workout for tomorrow today. 2x20 at sweet spot with a 1 min gap half way through. It felt easy. Hr was low and I bumped the percent up at the end and it was still not up where I'd think. Going to increase training zones and hope this holds.

My Xmas break got turned on it's head so I'll be off the bike for about 2 weeks due to some family commitments. Hoping my knee is good enough to run and I can find some gyms to workout at while I'm away from Utah.
