Been working on my head and surprise: it’s useful. Not only did I do all my workouts last week but I hit all my targets. Had to work around a couple of days of rain (yay for LA), which meant getting on the trainer, which is actually something I like. Have decided to stick to the trainer a little more, since getting run off the road by a tractor trailer a few weeks ago.

Last week was a couple of workouts on the TT bike, a couple on the road bike and a casual mtb ride with friends. Rest yesterday. Today was 4 x 4@114%, then 15 min of Big Gear work on the trainer. Compression legs for recovery, because I had a little extra time.

Been stretching a fair bit, meditating some, and generally filling my head with better things than screeching talking heads from the various news outlets. I want to be informed but enough already!
