Me three. I find trainer interval workouts very engaging, the workout is over before I know it.

I'm actually ok with JRA on the trainer too, but not indefinitely. I hear people talk about 4 hours on the trainer and I honestly don't think I could personally do much more than 2 hours of just riding.
