Yall need erg mode. All the fun of watching bad tv without having to focus if the intensity level is low enough (for me, about threshold and over and tv just becomes a blur)
Tonight was a zwift race which bbn holds my attention very well. Race was too easy, so it came to a sprint and I tried help an irl teammate but it didnt go well.
