Wildwood stopped by for a few hours yesterday. We taped up a brand-new pair of Veloflex tubulars for his Bottecchia. First time I ever taped/glued a sewup to a rim. Fun, and surprisingly easy.
Here's Stuart cleaning out the old cement from the spoke eyelets:
We did a quick 15 miles on the trail afterwards to try them out; short, but sweet, but at least it was completely dry.
