I was officially diagnosed with insomnia last year - had to see a neurologist and everything. I've been working with a Sleep Therapist for the past 7 months or so. It's been a challenge trying to improve the quality and duration of my sleep.

(We are doing therapy to avoid medication, which, as my neurologist said, will work for awhile, then the body will adjust and I'll need more or new medication.)
