Mannnn that sucks. We've gone opposite directions on knee injuries in the last 3 months.

My PT has been extremely pleased with my progress. Moving me on from strengthening and mobility to more functional stuff. I surprised myself three times today. I was able to do jump squats in the gym this morning. I got up to doing it with 175lbs. And my PT had me balance on an upside down bosu ball and play catch, standing only on my bad knee. I did all of these things and well, in my opinion. Extremely happy.
