My 59cm RLT RDO is 18.2 lbs with XTR pedals and two cages.
Here's a review that had a demo bike weighing in at 18.5lbs without pedals or bottle cages in a 59cm, so I added a pound for pedals to get 19.5 lbs. You probably have lighter wheels or something. Here's the article
