This is a sub-forum dedicated to real-life bike racing, not the cell-phone app to which you are referring. Moreover, we don't have any sub-forums dedicated to bike racing games and apps. You may get some more traction in the General Cycling Discussion sub=forum, or an entirely different website all together. If you would like me to move this to General Cycling, just let me know.
In regards to your question, it looks like Bike Race has become a "Fremium" or pay-to-play thing, unfortunately.
