I'd think Strava is giving you an FTP estimate from your Zwift rides, since it's feeding real power data. I don't think Strava tries to estimate an FTP from its own power estimates for your outdoor rides without a PM. Like Doug said, if you haven't actually tried to go as hard as you can for 20 minutes yet, then I'd disregard whatever it's telling you.
