ooh, i did just remember that I have a '92 Cdale T700 frame I am doing a parts bin build on and will make it into a wide tire 2x9 road bike with . 35mm Vittoria Hyper tires for fast rolling comfy fun.
...but nothing would scream American more than riding a fat tubed aluminum US built bike at a French National Day ride.
+ 1,000 on this. Heck I you might talk me into bringing my '85 Cannondale ST 400 since it looks like the rest of the crew will be riding Treks. Is this the bike you built? It's beautiful.
