To expand on T-Mar's comments; H.P. Snyder worked out a partnership with D.P. Harris shortly after WWI where Harris would stop making bikes and Snyder would buy all their hardware (cranks, stems, etc.) from them. Thereafter Snyder/Harris started buying up struggling bike companies, in a similar way that Raleigh did in England. Rollfast was the most famous of these by far. Others were Peerless, Great Western, Pioneer, Overland, etc. Thus your frame is basically a Rollfast with a different head badge.
