My guess is that the chains are legitimate New-Old Stock (NOS) chains that have been marked up sky-high.

It is odd that all 3 vendors are coming from Japan, hopefully not all 3 selling the same chain.

But, I think I'd go with a Wippermann or KMC Gold which are expensive, but much less than the Dura Ace. Campagnolo?

I suppose if one is restoring one's (recent vintage) Dura-Ace bike, might as well get the correct chain... except that if one is actually planning to ride it, that $816 chain (with 1% discount) will be trashed in a few thousand miles and will need to be replaced.
