Home Depot but you can get it in any hardware or paint store. The Klean-Strip odorless mineral spirits from Home Depot is as good as any. Don't get the "green" mineral spirits which is an emulsion of mineral spirits in water. It doesn't work nearly as well.

If you can't get mineral spirits because of local regulations, look into stove fuel (Coleman or other). That is similar to mineral spirits but has more aromatics in it so its flash point is a little lower. Use nitrile gloves with either but especially if you are using Coleman fuel. And, of course, use it in a well ventilated area...aka outside.
