For me, the easiest way to pace with the results from BBS is to do the rough calculation for the IF based on my power duration curve, then use normalized power on my garmin to keep track of my pacing. If there is 1 or 2 big hills on a ride I'll note the power suggested for the hill and try to limit my output to that avg.
