Whoever runs that place is just clueless, no idea why/how they wound up selling bike stuff. Sometimes the lack of seller knowledge can result in good deals, but you better really know what you're buying.
Got what I ordered from them for the most part, it was a bulk lot of steerer tubes. They could not have done a worse job packing the box though, no packing material at all. Just 20lbs of steel loose in a flat rate box, amazing it was even delivered with how destroyed the box was.
