After my last experience building a wheel with a NOS vintage rim I’ve decided not to do that again. I’m guessing the rim is NOS for a reason - it has some kind of defect or isn’t very round or whatever (ie a second) so it was passed over in favor of a perfectly good one available back when they were common.
