My mind is always blown when the whole “just bring your wrench a 6 pack” to get service is thrown around. someone pleesssaase tell me why anyone should have to kiss ass to a business to get good service. The only pre requisite needed to get said service is walking through the door and to be a decent human. This logic is very comical when you consider everyone is wondering why every LBS is going out of business.
