The wrist is gonna be stiff for a good long while-- I never let go of the bars, but I think it got kinda pushed back/twisted, bordering on sprained. I have a full range of motion, but it's still tough to bear weight unless I put my hand in a fist. The missing skin on the elbow is by far the worst of it. You never really notice how much you use your elbow in an average day until you can't physically touch anything with that elbow. It also looks gross. But anyhoo,

Got out in the intermittent rain for about 30 miles, and it was really nice. I didn't ride for three consecutive days-- this was just my second ride of February, thanks to the combo of absolutely pouring rain, and a pretty banged-up left side of my body. And it's something of a milestone-- the last time I went 3 consecutive days without riding voluntarily (not counting the broken hand or the broken frame) was July 17-19 2015. I haven't gone 3 straight rest days in three and a half years. I'm calling it progress.
