We (well me, but its the kid's bike) bought a Canyon Spectral 8 (2018) right when it came out. It has been a good bike. However the aluminum chain stay started to crack almost immediately, and they were very good about replacing it. I think this might have contributed to a subsequent recall, in which they replaced the replacement as well. Both times, they sent out the chain stay and covered the expense of having a bike shop install it. They are a little bit slow with their email communication, so we had to follow up with a phone call. Apart from that, it has been a great bike, and they clearly stand behind their products.
They now have a showroom near LA.
