The most surefire but labor-intensive way to make money off this bike is to part out the Mavic components on eBay. Put the crank up for $125, the brakeset up for $100, the FD up for $50, etc... And then $150-300 for the bare frame/fork.

You could put the whole bike on eBay or CL for $800-1000, see if anyone bites, and then if you are sitting on it too long part it out or lower the price.
