Well, perhaps we had better got back to square one and get the serial number from the seat lug. I thought it looked like a 3.A but maybe it's not. Regardless, based on the Bianchi serial numbers I've been able to collect, the seat lug location would appear to restrict it to a ltalian manufactured model of the Piaggio era. Take the dropout eyelets into consideration and it's no better than a tre-tubi SL model. It could be lower grade tubing like Aelle or Zeta but we should be able to determine the tubeset from the seat post size.
