It is a beauty. Overpriced in my opinion as were most of the bikes on their site. The fact they were willing to accept offers tells me they list high. If they get list, great, if not they probably get fair market price.

You seem to want it for emotional reasons. Nothing wrong with that, but I'm thinking it is just too high. The color is very appealing.
