Are you kidding? I did my FIRST birthday ride when I turned 50! (Missed the 50 plastic crows my loving family was going to have planted in front of my office that day, too!)
So do your birthday ride when ever you feel like it, or not.
Well, yeah. It's not like we're professional cyclists. It's supposed to be fun!
