Nope. The road bike standard is 130mm. Mountain bikes were made with 130mm hubs in the 90s but that changed to 135mm. Although it’s hard to keep up with it now, I think the new widths are 142mm and 170mm for fat bikes.
170 with quick release is old school for fat bikes. The standard is now 190/197 thru axle. Obesity rules for fatties.
