In mint condition they could easily go for 175, IMO.
The C Record pedals are quite hard to find in good, used condition, as they tended to get gouges and grind marks at the bottoms (Especially when owners use them as bike stands on curbs) and the bearing cap areas. This pair seems to have a bit of those, but still in quite good, servicable/ "rider" condition. Maybe 75 bucks, max.

On BB, inspect spindle carefully for wear; divets on bearing track mainly.

Pedals might be $100 or more if they spin super smooth. Clean them up first.

Thanks all for your estimates and comments. Much appreciated!
