As far as I can see, practically everything you can consume is bad for you. Best just to live the way you like. If you feel healthy and look healthy you probably are healthy. If not, you'll know soon enough. In the meantime, cycle, drink, eat what you like, in short, live the way you want to. You're doomed anyway.
