I believe you unscrew the grey part with the flats from the black body, and the whole bearing assembly should come out. On my Shimano PD-M520, it works that way, but they use a custom "reeding" instead of flats, and I had to buy their custom tool, a plastic disc with the same reeding plus flats for a wrench.

But every manufacturer seems to have their own proprietary tool for this purpose. I haven't seen a Wellgo version, but that doesn't mean there isn't one out there someplace.
