Japanese Shogun 600 in Maroon

My friend is curious on the value of her Shogun 600, before she fixes it up. It has at least butted Cro-Mo main tubes. Fork and stays are probably plain gauge, or Hi-Ten. Got a nearly complete Shimano Arabesque 600 groupset, sans the tourney brake calipers. Based on the 1979 dates of the components, I think this is a ~1980 shogun. The serial number is S0I5995, if that's useful to anyone. It has aluminum 700c rims, which I think is rather unusual for this vintage. We are planning on fixing it up, and probably replace the brake levers (the current ones are very difficult to brake on the hoods).

Any thoughts on value?
