I've used the product Velo Orange sells. It's okay-ish, but doesn't really help if you have a load on the front end, or are trying to put a load (panniers especially, but also securing a load to the deck of a rack as well) on the front end. I considered replacing the spring with a lot stronger one, but instead have just reverted to using a strap the secure the front wheel to the downtube.
