I have followed your advice and used an easy gear to start the cllmb on eco mode and it really made a difference. Climbing seems to be much easier now. Still 2 questions though:
1) Does the motor give its best support on the easiest gear or is there an ideal gear for each motor where the support is optimal?
2) I've climbed all of the hills without a problem except one which was very long and became steeper as I climbed. The last part was extremely steep and while I was doing o.k. the motor started behaving erratically. It gave support for only short periods of time (while I was stepping on the pedal) but it was like on and off continuously, so I had to stop, as I couldn't manage pedalling like that. Was that my fault or the motor reached its limit? I was on the third easiest gear, should I have been on the easiest gear?(I must add that I am a heavy driver weighing around 108 kg)
