I think I’m ready to start hitting some serious miles well serious for me
my foot feels completely healed so I’m ready to go
42 road-gravel ride today and I had plenty of energy so I believe I’m fully recovered just some slight swelling of my foot but nothing too bad. I’m glad I eased back into the cycling game instead of being impatient and setting myself back which I have done in the past.
