Given the other 2 pantos it's pretty clear to have begun life as a Moser, who knows why somebody thought it was cool to make it into a Fake-nago. The BB shell is a IC Silva product, the builder decided to leave un-panto'd.
BTW those "Colnago" decals look like pretty crude re-pops, we've seen much better counterfeits on other "fakes".
