Since no one has come out and said it, Superbe brakes were Campagnolo clones, and the levers could use any Campagnolo compatible hood. Therefore Rustines campy hoods will work, Modolo hoods will work. Vintage campy or campy repro hoods will work. I'd also go with Rustines in this case, because they are new and easily available, and they are made from real gum rubber.
