Well after reaching out 5 different shops/Builders I finally found one who said they could do it and quoted a reasonable price to add threads to the fork above so I can try it on the Cresta GT. @gugie I will let you know how it goes but the cost is less than the tank of gas it would take to get me to PDX so I figure its worth a shot.
